Refund & Delivery Policy

Pinnacle Lead Partners is a registered DBA of The Ramsay Investment Group LLC, a Florida-based company. We provide digital lead data products designed to support licensed professionals with client acquisition. Due to the consumable nature of these digital services, we maintain a strict refund and delivery policy to protect both parties and prevent fraud.

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By placing an order on our website, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

  • Digital leads are consumable, proprietary data products and cannot be returned, reused, or resold.

  • Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances including, but not limited to:

    • Incorrect state or license selections made at checkout

    • Dissatisfaction with lead performance or contact rates

    • Duplicate lead data that may originate from public or overlapping sources

    • Lack of sales or closings resulting from user inaction or poor follow-up

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted during purchase, including email address, phone number, and preferred states.

If you believe you have experienced a technical delivery error caused by our system (e.g., undelivered file or corrupt format), you may email support@pinnacleleadpartners.com within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to review such cases on a discretionary, one-time basis.

2. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us. We will provide:

  • IP address logs

  • Email delivery confirmations

  • Order metadata

  • Agreement to these publicly posted terms

Fraudulent or baseless chargebacks will be fully disputed and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of service access

  • Blacklisting from future transactions

  • Legal action to recover losses and processing fees

3. Lead Delivery Timeline

All products are delivered digitally to the email provided at checkout in CSV format.

  • Standard delivery: 24–72 business hours after order confirmation

  • Larger orders or requests for limited states may take up to 5 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • Leads are fulfilled Monday–Friday during normal business hours

We will notify you if there is a delay beyond 5 business days.

4. Delivery Confirmation

To protect both parties, we maintain a 3-step confirmation process:

  • Email confirmation when your order is received

  • Email notification when processing begins

  • Final email when your file is delivered

Once your leads are sent to the email on file, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. It is your responsibility to check your inbox and spam folder. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrectly entered emails.

5. No Physical Shipping

Pinnacle Lead Partners only delivers digital products. No physical items will be shipped. No shipping fees apply.
