Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pinnacle Lead Partners.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Because we sell digital data products that are delivered electronically all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on this website are final and non refundable.
Disconnected Numbers are eligible for exchange ONLY for a new lead up to 2 leads per 25 bought.  Example: 100 bought Leads up to 4 disconnected numbers can be replaced. Please reach out to support for more details support@pinnacleleadpartners.com 
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect email entered at checkout
• Failure to follow up with leads
• Failure to convert leads into sales
• Non response from leads
• CRM or dialer issues
• Duplicate orders
• Buyer dissatisfaction or expectations
• Delay in contacting leads
• Inability to reach a lead
•Financial hardship after purchase

Once the order is processed and delivered the sale is complete and cannot be reversed.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Leads are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout in CSV format.
Delivery includes a timestamp as proof of fulfillment.
If your email is entered incorrectly we can resend the file once a corrected email is provided but this does not qualify for a refund.
3. Replacement Policy for Disconnected Numbers
While we do not provide refunds we do offer a small replacement guarantee for disconnected numbers.
• Up to two replacements are provided per twenty five lead batch
• Only fully disconnected phone numbers qualify
• Unresponsive or non active leads do not qualify
• Replacements are sent by email after verification
This is the only exception to the no refund policy.
4. Lead Performance Disclaimer
Pinnacle Lead Partners does not guarantee:
• Sales
• Response rates
• Appointment rates
• Policy approvals
• Buyer interest
• Lead performance
• Any specific outcome
Marketing results vary by agent follow up timing script quality and outreach consistency.
By purchasing you understand that all performance related results are the responsibility of the purchasing agent.
5. DNC Compliance
Buyers must check all leads against a compliant Do Not Contact scrubber before calling or texting.
Consumers may request DNC status at any time.
It is your responsibility to verify DNC compliance before outreach.
DNC or TCPA violations do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
6. Payment Plan Policy
If you use Klarna Affirm or Afterpay the no refund policy still applies.
Payment plans do not change the terms of your purchase.
All digital products remain final regardless of payment method.
7. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.
All chargebacks will be contested with:
• Proof of delivery
• IP and device logs
• Order logs
• Email timestamps
• Confirmation of these terms at checkout
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and possible collection action.
