Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pinnacle Lead Partners.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Because we sell digital data products that are delivered electronically, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on this website are final and non refundable.

Disconnected numbers are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.
Replacement terms:
Up to two disconnected numbers per twenty five leads purchased
Example: If you purchase 100 leads, up to four disconnected numbers may be replaced

We do not issue refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect email entered at checkout
• Failure to follow up with leads
• Failure to convert leads into sales
• Non response from leads
• CRM or dialer issues
• Duplicate orders
• Buyer dissatisfaction or unmet expectations
• Delay in contacting leads
• Inability to reach a lead
• Financial hardship after purchase

Once the order is processed and delivered, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Leads are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout in CSV format.

Each delivery includes a timestamp as proof of fulfillment.

If an incorrect email is entered, we will resend the file once the correct email is provided.
This does not qualify for a refund.

3. Replacement Policy for Disconnected Numbers

While we do not provide refunds, we offer a limited replacement guarantee for fully disconnected phone numbers only.

Replacement terms:

• Up to two replacements per twenty five lead batch
• Only fully disconnected numbers qualify
• Unresponsive or non active numbers do not qualify
• Replacements are issued after verification
• Replacements are delivered by email

This is the only exception to the no refund policy.

4. Lead Performance Disclaimer

Pinnacle Lead Partners does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Response rates
• Appointment rates
• Policy approvals
• Buyer interest
• Lead performance
• Any specific outcome

Marketing results vary based on follow up timing, script quality, compliance, and outreach consistency.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that all performance related results are the sole responsibility of the purchasing agent.

5. DNC and TCPA Compliance

Buyers must check all leads against a compliant Do Not Contact and Do Not Call scrubber before calling or texting.

Consumers may request DNC status at any time.

It is your responsibility to verify DNC and TCPA compliance prior to outreach.

DNC or TCPA violations do not qualify for refunds, credits, or chargebacks.

6. Payment Plan Policy

If you use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay, the no refund policy still applies.

Payment plans do not change or override the final sale status of digital products.

7. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.

All chargebacks will be contested using:

• Proof of delivery
• IP and device logs
• Order records
• Email timestamps
• Acceptance of these terms at checkout

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and possible collection action.
