Welcome to Pinnacle Lead Partners. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds and replacements for all products and services sold on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Product Nature
Pinnacle Lead Partners sells digital lead files that are delivered electronically by email.
Because digital data cannot be returned, retrieved, or resold once delivered, all purchases are considered final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no physical goods will be shipped.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect email entered at checkout
• Failure to contact leads
• Failure to convert leads into sales
• Duplicate purchases
• CRM or dialer setup delays
• Non responsive or uninterested leads
• Delayed follow up
• Buyer dissatisfaction or unmet expectations
• Misunderstanding of product type
• Payment made through Pay Later services
Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and the transaction cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
3. Replacement Policy for Disconnected Numbers
Refunds are not provided. The only remedy offered is limited replacement for fully disconnected phone numbers.
Replacement terms:
• Up to two disconnected number replacements per twenty five lead batch
• Only numbers confirmed as fully disconnected qualify
• Unresponsive, unanswered, or inactive numbers do not qualify
• Replacements are issued only after verification
• Replacements are delivered electronically by email
This replacement policy is the sole exception to the no refund rule and does not apply to any other situation.
4. Incorrect Email Submission
If an incorrect email address is entered at checkout, we will resend the lead file once the correct email is provided.
This does not qualify for a refund, cancellation, or credit.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute based on:
• Lead performance
• Response rates
• Conversion results
• Delivery timing
• Wrong email entry
• Duplicate orders
• Buyer dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding of digital product terms
All disputes will be contested with proof of delivery, transaction logs, IP records, and acceptance of these Refund Terms at checkout.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and further legal or collection action.
6. Pay Later Services
We accept Pay Later options through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.
The no refund policy applies equally to all Pay Later transactions. Selecting an installment plan does not change, override, or reduce the final sale status of your purchase.
7. Agreement
By placing an order with Pinnacle Lead Partners, you confirm that:
• You understand you are purchasing a digital data product
• You accept that all sales are final
• You waive any right to refunds or reversals
• You agree that replacement for disconnected numbers is the only remedy provided
